Frequently Asked Questions

  • We offer group CrossFit classes with a wide variety of class times, including a 60+ CrossFit class geared toward more mature individuals. We also offer personal training, adaptive fitness training, and nutrition coaching services.

  • Absolutely not! Whether it’s been a while since you’ve worked or if you’ve never stepped foot in a gym, we got you! Our coaches are adept at modify any workout or movement appropriately to meet you where you’re at and challenge you to progress towards your goals.

  • The coach will greet you and guide you through the class. Each class starts at the whiteboard, where the coach will go over the workout of the day. From there, the coach will lead everyone through a warm-up, a skill or a strength segment, and then a conditioning segment. The class concludes with a cool down, usually including mobility.

  • We’re not gonna beat around the bush here, it’s hard. But it’s also fun. (It really is; we promise!) Fitness needs to have some element of intensity to facilitate change - basically, we don’t get fitter or stronger unless our workouts are hard sometimes. The group class is what makes it fun, and our community at CFHK is the tops! Come meet them and try a class!

  • We do! We offer discounts for military and first responders as well as a family discount for members who join from the same household and a student discount for college students.
