CLASS

  • All skill levels welcome

  • 60-minute, coach-led group class

  • Varied workouts daily, including a warm-up, skill/strength session, and a conditioning element.

  • Programming focuses on improving general physical preparedness by focusing on the physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy

INDEPENDENCE

CLASS

  • For ages 60+

  • All skill levels welcome

  • 60-minute, coach-led group class

  • Varied workouts daily using the CrossFit training methodology with modifications to ensure safe and effective movement for older adults.

  • Programming focus: functional strength, safe ranges of motion, balance & coordination, and increased work capacity
