Is CrossFit Good For Beginners?
There’s a common misconception that exists out in the world that CrossFit is only for super fit, super buff athletes who are throwing heavy barbells around while pounding pre-workout, but we’re here to tell you that that is just not the case for 98% of the members at most CrossFit gyms and certainly at CrossFit Hopkins.
Consistency + Time = Progress
We’ve probably all heard it, but it’s worth repeating - CONSISTENCY is the key to making progress. Putting in even a tiny amount of effort on a CONSISTENT basis over time will reap results. Ok, sure. We know that, and we probably agree with that. I’m going to come at you with some tough love here…
